Bando Hidesomi, who has been training since age three through the Bando School and later received the title of Shihan (Master’s Degree) in Japan, with colleague
Bando Hiromiya, studied Japanese dance in Kyoto from ages 4-23 in the Wakayagi School, from which she received her professional stage name “Natori”. Upon her marriage, she began a new life in the U.S. and for the next 32 years spent time raising her children and focusing on family life. About 10 years ago, she resume her dance studies under the late Bando Mitsuhiro and was awarded her natori from the Bando School. She presently teaching in her torrance studio, Mai No Kai Japanese Traditional Dance
